Community-owned Hospital Facility - TCR served as a Development Team member and financing Financial Advisor for this $36M+ acute-care community/publicly-owned hospital facility. Upon our analysis and recommendation, USDA’s Community Facilities direct- and guaranteed-loan program was our source of financing and credit-enhancement, which made the financing possible at below-market rates.

 

 

Industrial Site Selection and Real Estate Acquisition - TCR served Oil Refinery project developer in their site identification and due diligence efforts, which resulted in further assistance in the successful purchase of the large-scale (400+ acres) site for this proposed Refinery.

 

 

Industrial Real Estate Acquisition - TCR served the landowner of a sizeable tract (1,000 acres) in the negotiations and ultimate purchase of the land by a Fortune 100 company that is presently constructing the first of a multiphase Steel Mill complex.

From development of the Request for Proposals, to Proposal analysis and recommendation, to successful negotiation of the Performance Contract that guaranteed the financial and technical aspects of the program, to financing of the capital requirements, to monitoring of the results of the implementation, TCR’s efforts and expertise allowed the community to access this technology while minimizing the inherent technical and financial performance risks.
